Portfolio function

Hi, I need help! I purchased this theme solely because it had portfolio functionality. I want to create multiple grid images in portfolio format under collection menu. I want it to look like this link (http://wolverine-1.myshopify.com/pag...code-portfolio). Is there way to add portfolio on a separate menu other than homepage?? I want to put this portfolio material under another menu. Also, are 12 images the limit? Is there any way to have more than 12 images under one portfolio? Thanks for your help in advance!
