Problem with menu on mobile

Hi Joomla Team,

I added an "external URL" item called "Features" to my main menu with a link to "#block-user-1" in the same page, so that when I click on the "Features" button it scrolls down to the Feature module which position is "#block-user-1". This behavior is OK on desktop but DOES NOT WORK in mobile "responsive" (or "mobile") version: nothing happened when I click on the "Features" button and the menu stays open.

Can you help me with that ?

This problem is totally normal on Mobile. When Mobile Menu is opened. -> The scroll function on page will be locked.
