message error in all pages ?

I am local to joomla 2.5.
I installed the Jvsocial module.

however, I found many social bar at the bottom of the page but also an error table ..
Can you help me decipher this? and what should I do?

I see this : C:\wamp\www\CTC\modules\mod_jvsocial\mod_jvsocial. php on line 21

and look the résult :

21 $list = modJVSocialHelper::getToolboxScript($params);
22 require(JModuleHelper::getLayoutPath('mod_jvsocial '));
