Q: Can you explain to me about the subscription in a detailed way?

Once subscribed to us, during the duration of your membership, you can download and use all of our products, and you are free to use anything you download as long as you like even after your membership ended.
There are some limits though, mainly for lower package:
-You are not allowed to remove the Footer copyright unless you downloaded the template with JV02 membership or above.
-You are limited to 3 domains per template unless you downloaded said template using JV03 membership.
Just like the right to use the file(s) you downloaded, the privileges to ignore these limits will still apply after your membership expired.

Q:What happen if I subscribed without logging in
If you subscribed (bought a package) without logging in, the system will automatically generate a new account using the email you entered during payment process, with the account name being exactly the same as said email.
All notice email, along with the password for this newly created will also be sent to the email used during payment process.
So if you already created an account, and wanted the package on that account instead of another, please make sure you have already logged in when subscribing.
If no notification email arrived, and you suspect this is the problem, please contact us via the ticket system or the email info@joomlavi.com

Q. What happen after payment?
After Payment confirmation automatically a license will be created for you, followed by two emails. One with the confirmation and the second with your login information with the access to download the component and updates during the days subscription!

Q. How to download components after payment?

After you've made the payment. Follow these steps to confirm your subscription and start downloading.

  • Log in to Joomlavi.com
  • Find 'User menu' in the upper right corner, just below the search function.
  • Click on 'My Subscriptions' within User menu and confirm your subscription.
  • Find the templates or extensions you want and download away.

Q. Is it possible to purchase a template without a PayPal account ?
Yes, of course. It's PayPal which guaranteed the security of payment but you can choose to pay with your credit card without opening a PayPal account. To do this, after clicking on the "Paypal Paynow" button, look lower and click on "Don't have a Paypal account?", the form for payment via credit card will appear.

Q. I try to purchase a template via Paypal and I see this message : "Transaction failed - Paypal could not validate your card"

Usually, the paypal-account can draw money directly from your associated credit card. But if you have this message, you must manually transfer money from your bank account to the paypal account.

Q. I am receiving an error when I try to upload a Joomla template.
You need to unzip the file you downloaded after you purchase.

Q. I bought/downloaded one of your themes, but I couldn't install it no matter what.
Perhaps you tried to use Extension Manager (Install/Uninstall for Joomla! 1.5) to install it?
Basic Joomla! alone cannot handle our themes. You  will need JV Framework - our template/theme managing software. It's totally free and can be found here: http://www.joomlavi.com/joomla-products/joomla-extensions/jv-framework.html
After you have finished installing JV Framework, open it from Joomla!'s Component menu and you’ll be brought to the Theme Manager. Here you can install the themes you bought/download from us with the ‘Upload theme’ button.

Q. I installed the template/theme but it looks nothing like your demo.
You need to assign your modules or blocks to the available positions for the particular template you just installed. Make sure you read the template installation file that came with the template. It shows in detail where the modules and blocks need to go to.

Q. How do I remove the "Welcome to the frontpage" line on my Joomla homepage
Go to Menu manager > Main Menu and click to edit the option "Home". Uncheck the "display component title" option from the parameters section on the right.

Q. How many templates do you release every month ?
We are going to offer at least one joomla templates each month. More importantly, existing templates will be updated along with the new version of Joomla 2.5

Q. What is '3 domains license'?
For package JV02 and below, each purchased template can only be used for a maximum of 3 domains at the same time. If you wanted to use one for more than 3, you'll have to upgrade to JV03 package (unlimited domains) or above.

Q. How long Can I use your products ? Can I use your project for a lifetime?
The "duration" you see on each package is the amount of time your membership last, during which you can download all templates and extensions -as well as their updates- on our site. It's NOT the amount of time you can use what you downloaded, as you can use everything you downloaded for a life time. For templates however, unless you download it under JV03 package or above, you can only use each purchase for a maximum of 3 domains.

Q. Why JV Developer membership?
If you have plan to customize our templates, extensions for your clients, you are required to purchase Developer membership.

Q. Can I share my username and password with others?
No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.

Q. Can I modify and use these templates for free and what about copy right claims?
For normal user, after downloading our templates, you are free to modify and use them as you see fit, as long as you don’t remove the copyright claim inside the php files and on the front page’s Footer. With JV 02 Package or above, you are allowed to remove the claim on the front page’s Footer, however.
For Clubs based on JV Framework, please include our logo (not yet released as of now) or a ‘Powered by’ credit to our team on your templates’ footer.
