What is JV Framework?

JV Framework is a Joomla! component developed by team Joomlavi to run and manage themes – templates developed by Joomlavi team and any template club based on JV Framework.

Without JV Framework, these themes can't be used or installed, so if you planned to utilize them for your site, don't forget this extension.

Downloading JV Framework

• Register an account on http://www.joomlavi.com/
• Click on JV Frame Work download on the upper right corner, just under user menu. You can also find it within the Joomla! Extensions page (which can be opened from Joomla! Products' submenu)
• In the new page, select the version(s) you need and click download. The Quickstart version will give you an entirely new site with JV Framework and a theme (JV Melody) already installed and styled.
• The Component version comes in 2 variants, with a free theme (JV Melody) or without theme, and can be used to install JV Framework on an existing site.
• Double check the file you downloaded. If it has 'unzip_first' in its name, please extract the file to get the 'install file' before you continue with the installation process. From now on, the file(s) you get from extracting the 'unzip_first' file of a JV product will be referred to as that product's 'install file'.
