Terms Of Use

Joomlavi, hereby (or herein), grant you the permission to use our web extensions as well as other products sold through Joomlavi website (hereafter, referred as “product”) according to the Terms Of Use issued by Joomlavi (hereafter, referred as “license”).
The license is revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and domain-limited (for more details please view the various memberships).

Limited usage granted

You are given the right to use concurrently Joomlavi extensions on as many of sites as your entitlements allow for.  The extensions are not time-limited. This means: after your membership expires, you can continue to use the extensions that your entitlements have already given.  The Developer Club places no restrictions on implementations of Joomlavi extensions on condition that the use conforms to every Terms and Conditions in the license.

Ownership

You are authorized to make necessary change(s) to our products in order to suite your purposes of use.  You may modify the products code for your own use. However, distributing the original products code or modified products code without the acceptance document from Joomlavi is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Because our products are intangible and irrevocable, we will offer refund only if your account has not been logged in. In this case the refund will be done without any other queries.  Joomlavi also offers the full or partial reimbursement within 15 (fifteen) working days counted from the date that the customer makes the payment. In this case Joomlavi have the right to ask you to explain for your refund request and thus we have the right to reject the request if we see it is unreasonable. This notice is applied for the license fee as well as all of our Sign Up Plans. If you need further information please contact us at our Contact page.

Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your membership information will be sent to you through the email address that you provided at the Sign Up phase. This information is used to log in to the member area to download the products as well as to login to our Forums. If you cannot receive our email about your membership information after 24 hours counted from the moment you completed the sign up process please contact us at info(at)joomlavi(dot)com.
Unauthorized Use

You are not permitted to save any of our products either the original version or the modified version onto diskette(s), CD(s), website or any other medium then offer them as the redistribution or resale under any manner prior to obtaining the written approval from Joomlavi. Please contact us if you need more elucidation.

Modification

You have the right to make necessary changes to our products to meet your using purpose.  However, you are unauthorized to redistribute or release these versions as GPL or any other forms. You also do not have the right to alter or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. Our copyright in the footer of the extensions, on the contrary, can be removed if needed. We do not use   trademark name in this Agreement. Please refer to the FAQ section regarding this if you have further questions. Migrating to other platforms or content management systems as well as redistributing our products as GPL or otherwise are strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any requirements (concerning modification) that are not covered in these terms.

Warranty and Support

Joomlavi provides these templates and designs “as is”; with no implies that it will function exactly as you desire or work well with all third-party extensions/templates. Besides, we offer no support via email or any other means for installation, customization, administration of Joomla!CMS. Private forums for customers are available at our Forum. Joomlavi.com is not charged with monitoring these forums, but we reserve the right to respond to the questions.

Joomlavi does not promise any warranty or guaranty for these templates under any manner. We do not ensure that they will work well with all 3rd parties products/extensions or all web browsers. Browser compatibility needs to be tested against the demonstration templates on demo server. One more time, please make sure that the web browser(s) that you will use is compatible with the templates as we cannot guarantee that Joomlavi templates will work with all web browsers.

Domain Declaration

You will need to add your website URL to the domain list for each registered membership account so that we can validate your license. Our Copyright infringement detection robot does search on Google every day.  Any found domains that use Joomlavi templates without license will be contacted and automatically reported to Joomlavi.  For members that are domain-limited (i.e http://webtop.vn ), the registration for domain(s) on which you are granted to use Joomlavi products in line with your corresponding membership benefits, have to be done within the validity time of your membership. This could not be done after its expiry date.
